Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
  • Fish Camp guests enjoy exclusive fishing access across the highway on the private, pristine headwaters of the Elk River for catch and release fishing of trophy trout.

Policies and Rules

  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Dogs are welcome in this home for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax, max of 2 dogs. Please use a crate when the dogs are not under supervision in the home.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • Dogs are welcome in this home for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax, max of 2 dogs.
  • Firewood for the firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Access

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
  • Free parking is available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • Self check-in/check-out is available.
  • The property includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, hair dryer, climate control, bed linens, and cooking basics.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

Additional Notes

  • All visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
  • Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person.
